WorkSafe High Risk Licence Training and Competencies

If you are looking to get your licenses/tickets in or around near the Dandenong Area and you are weighing up who to go with then ignore other training places. CSA is run by Lynne and Andrew. Andrew runs the show for all courses and is a great trainer who runs the courses at a measured pace based on the individuals within the training group. He has the experience and patience to run you through anything again and again until you get up to speed – within reason. What he can’t help you with is you attending the classes with the attitude of because you or your company has paid for you that you expect to be given the license automatically at the end of the course. NO, that is not the case. You must be a willing participant in all aspects with a genuine interest in showing you are competent at the course you are enrolled in, or at the MINIMUM have listened to Andrew and giving it your best and have a willingness to be coached. If you cannot do that you will not be deemed competent. Andrew isn’t afraid to fail you and make you repeat but at the same time he doesn’t want to see you fail. He cannot do the learner book for you, He cannot read for you. He can provide help for questions you are querying about. CSA is a fantastic training centre and I cannot highly recommend it enough. Please don’t hesitate to book. There is a reason CSA is booked 2-3 months out they are very good at what they do. I won’t hesitate to go with CSA (again) in the future, you should do the same.

I completed three licences with CSA and would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for training. Andrew (Trainer) is a great bloke with many years of experience, very easy to get along with who not only teaches you everything you need to know to complete your course but also gives you a better understanding of the job itself. Lynne (Marketing Director) is very professional with organising you with everything you need to know before and after the courses. Big thanks!

With the help and guidance of the Lynne and Andrew @ Construction Safety Assurance , I now have a solid foundation to walk onto any work site, and pursue with 100% confidence and ability a career in construction! I would recommend Construction Safety Assurance to help and train anyone, over anywhere else! So much so, that I just finished my Doggers Ticket last week and have booked straight into for my Basic Riggers Ticket this week! Thank Lynne and Andrew I could not have done it with out your help!
